If you need to return one or more products purchased on poemiabag.com, please fill out (within 14 days of receiving your order) send an email to info@poemiabag.com
For better management of the return, you will need to specify your name and surname, the email address specified during the order, the telephone number, the order number (which you can find in the confirmation emails sent by us or in your account - in the My orders section).
The return of the goods must be made at the customer's expense, via a courier of their choice.
Prepare and send the package, with the courier you want, to the following address:

Attention:
- Products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging.
- The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase only after receiving and verifying the returned goods.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The bag is one of a kind ! Great leather and the colour (Mint) is exactly what is shown in the picture ! When I wear it everyone is focused on my bag and ask me where I got it ! Lots of space for daily activities. The handle for my arms very convenient. The delivery was fast.
